JD:

We are looking for highly skilled Veeva Safety Specialist with 10+ years of experience to support the implementation, administration, and maintenance of the Veeva safety. Managing Veeva's Safety software, focusing on resolving issues in the software, health authority interactions, and archiving on a single cloud platform (Veeva Vault), requiring GxP, system admin, or consulting skills in safety processes for life sciences companies. The positions involve configuration, support, and ensuring compliance for processes like managing changes, periodic review, user access review, CAPA, deviation, etc.

 

Key

 

Responsibilities* 1. Administer and configure Veeva Vault Safety (Account management, workflow, issue resolution, transmission records, regulatory submission of each case). 2. Knowledge of General Release 3. Hands-on in SDLC update, RIA, Safety and Platform features understanding 4. Monitor system performance and manage support tickets for issue resolution and enhancements. 5. Support change control, deviation, CAPA, and audit workflows in Veeva RIM. 6. Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions and troubleshooting. 7. Conduct user training sessions and create user manuals or SOPs.
