Role -  Oracle fusion cloud finance functional

JD:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Finance Functional Consultant to implement, configure, and support Oracle Financial modules. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical consultants to deliver ERP solutions aligned with organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from finance users
• Configure Oracle Financial modules such as:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Cash Management (CM)
• Prepare functional requirement documents (FRD)
• Conduct FIT-GAP analysis
• Configure setups and perform system testing
• Support SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities
• Work with technical teams for:
  • Reports
  • Interfaces
  • Conversions
  • Integrations
• Provide end-user training and post-go-live support
• Resolve functional issues and provide process improvements
• Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities

Required Skills

• Strong accounting and finance knowledge
• Experience in Oracle Fusion Financials or Oracle EBS R12
• Understanding of P2P, O2C, and R2R cycles
• Knowledge of SLA and tax configuration
• Experience with Oracle ERP implementation/support projects
• Good communication and client-handling skills
