Location: Atlanta, GA (If the candidate is good, is open for Remote as well)

  • We need a hands-on Salesforce technical architect who has worked on sales cloud and service cloud with good hands on expertise with Salesforce data cloud.
  • Knows how to build / process RAG , ingest data.
  • Hands on expertise on Agentforce & Einstein Bots to build chat solutions with data cloud. 
  • Set up Omni Channel routing / escalation.
