Job Title: Guidewire Insurance Suite Developer

Location: Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Insurance Suite professional with strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter implementations, customization, integration, and support within Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Guidewire configuration, Gosu programming, integrations, and insurance business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support Guidewire Insurance Suite applications.

• Work on Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter enhancements and integrations.

• Develop and maintain Gosu classes, PCF screens, workflows, rules, and batch processes.

• Integrate Guidewire applications with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and messaging frameworks.

• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

• Participate in Guidewire upgrades, migrations, and production support activities.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues.

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and Agile methodologies.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with Guidewire Insurance Suite.

• Strong expertise in one or more Guidewire modules : - PolicyCenter , BillingCenter , ClaimCenter

 

Hands-on experience with:

• Gosu

• PCF Configuration

• Business Rules

• Guidewire Integrations

• Web Services (REST/SOAP)

• Experience with Java/J2EE technologies.

• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

• Strong understanding of P&C Insurance domain.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Guidewire certification is preferred.

• Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform is a plus.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, and DevOps tools.
