Job Title: ETL Lead Developer
Location: Blue Bell, PA 19422 (onsite) (Need local candidate only)
Duration: 06 Months contract
Pay rate: $70/hr C2C

Client: Infosys, End Client: Pennsylvania Manufacturers' Association

Detailed Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SSIS Lead Developer to oversee the design, development, and implementation of ETL solutions using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). This required for production support flexible in rotation shift. Secondary skill should be DataStage. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure data integration processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of SSIS packages for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing SSIS packages for performance and reliability.
• Manage and mentor a team of SSIS developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain documentation for ETL processes and data flows.
• Implement data quality checks and validation mechanisms.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Coordinate with DBA and infrastructure teams for deployment and maintenance.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in SSIS development and support.
• 4 + years of DataStage experience both in Support and Development
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Familiarity with other Microsoft BI tools (SSRS, SSAS) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
