===>7 years of experience in administration of tools platform Informatica.
===>Installation configuration patching hot fixes upgrades migrations deployments Informatica tools.
===>Regular monitoring of platform and health checks.
===>Troubleshooting the performance issues related to memory utilization CPU utilization etc. SLA tracking and adherence.
===>Experience in coordination of various environment teams as well as 3rd party vendors.
===>Creation of SOPs support manuals Knowledge artefacts KEDB standards for production environment.
===>Exposure to client interactions and possess strong communication skills.
===>Well versed with tools, Informatica.
===>Work with offshore and onsite teams as applicable in ensuring successful delivery for application maintenance AM work.
===>Take care of all AM related activities like incident problem event release change and service request management ITIL framework.
===>Drive continuous service improvements including incident.
