Job Description/Responsibilities:
On‑Site Support & Troubleshooting
· Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
· Provide hands‑on support for network equipment, cabling, and basic infrastructure components.
· Perform break/fix repairs, part replacements, and warranty coordination.
Installations & Deployments
· Install, configure, and upgrade end‑user devices and applications.
· Support site rollouts, equipment refreshes, and technology deployments.
· Set up workstations, conference rooms, and specialized equipment as needed.
Maintenance & Preventive Work
· Conduct routine inspections of IT equipment and infrastructure.
· Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
· Ensure compliance with IT standards, security policies, and operational procedures.
