Job Description/Responsibilities:
· Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues related to routing protocols and switch configurations.
· Optimize routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP.
· Implement and maintain VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, and other Layer 2 technologies.
· Ensure network security by applying best practices and performing regular audits.
· Maintain documentation including network diagrams, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects and upgrades.
· Provide technical support and resolve network-related incidents.
· Plan and execute firmware upgrades and patch management.
· Knowledge of basic ServiceNow ticketing tools
