We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver key initiatives in a fast-paced investment management environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Agile methodologies, excellent project governance skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional business and technology teams. This is a high-visibility onsite role offering the opportunity to work closely with business leaders and technology teams at client, contributing to impactful, long-term initiatives in a collaborative and professional culture.

 

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in Project Management with successful delivery of complex initiatives
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid Agile)
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder expectations
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in an onsite engagement model
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar)

 

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification
• Experience in financial services or investment management environments
• Strong understanding of SDLC and enterprise technology landscapes

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are met
• Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to manage project execution and continuous improvement
• Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to define requirements and priorities
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Track project progress, manage dependencies, and proactively mitigate risks
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance, and documentation requirements
• Communicate project status clearly to senior leadership and stakeholders
