Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled UI Solution Architect to join our team and drive the design and development of exceptional user interfaces for our products. As a UI Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and ensuring our products meet the highest standards of usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the overall UI architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
• Develop design systems and component libraries to promote consistency and efficiency in UI development.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in UI design and development best practices.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in UI/UX design and development, with a focus on modern web technologies.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and popular UI frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
• Deep understanding of user experience principles and best practices.
• Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design.
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
