TPMs will be responsible for managing home-grown product implementations for Experian’s end customers.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background in Java development and AWS Cloud.
The role involves managing end-to-end delivery of Java and cloud-based projects, driving Agile practices, and ensuring high-quality,
on-time releases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and deliver Java + AWS-based projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, DevOps) for successful delivery.
- Provide technical oversight on Java/Spring Boot and AWS implementations.
- Track progress, risks, and issues using Jira and ensure transparency across teams.
- Drive Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and clients.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS/EKS).
- Hands-on experience managing projects using Jira and Confluence.
- Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, CSM, or AWS certification will be an added advantage.
