Job Description:

The client is looking for someone who has experience handling end customers directly. In this role, the TPMs will be responsible for managing home-grown product implementations for Experian’s end customers.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background in Java development and AWS Cloud.

The role involves managing end-to-end delivery of Java and cloud-based projects, driving Agile practices, and ensuring high-quality, on-time releases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and deliver Java + AWS-based projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, DevOps) for successful delivery.
  • Provide technical oversight on Java/Spring Boot and AWS implementations.
  • Track progress, risks, and issues using Jira and ensure transparency across teams.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and clients.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS/EKS).
  • Hands-on experience managing projects using Jira and Confluence.
  • Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP, CSM, or AWS certification will be an added advantage.
