Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in Technical Program Management or Project Management
• Proven success managing large-scale, cross-functional programs
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Rally, and Microsoft Project
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and drive outcomes in complex environments

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Payments domain (strongly preferred)
• Understanding of cloud-native architectures and scalable platforms
• Familiarity with:
• IaaS, PaaS, Serverless technologies
• CI/CD pipelines
• Microservices and APIs
• NoSQL databases
• Distributed systems and DevOps practices
• Basic understanding of Java (nice to have, not required)

 

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive large-scale, cross-functional programs from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will ensure alignment across engineering, product, and business teams while enabling predictable, high-quality releases in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution across multiple teams to ensure coordinated and successful delivery
• Identify, track, and remove blockers while proactively driving solutions in complex situations
• Serve as the single point of contact for program status, risks, dependencies, and progress reporting
• Translate business strategy into scalable technical program plans and execution roadmaps
• Define, track, and report key program metrics aligned with organizational goals
• Manage cross-team dependencies to ensure production readiness at launch
• Proactively identify risks across the SDLC and drive mitigation strategies
• Evaluate technical design aspects including scalability, performance, latency, security, and data integrity
• Operate effectively in ambiguous environments with minimal supervision
