Automation Tester / Test Lead

Location: Remote (Travel to Houston, TX if required)
Rate: $50/hr C2C
Client: Mphasis
Visa: H1B, E3, H4 EAD

We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester / Test Lead with strong expertise in Selenium Automation Testing and a mandatory background in Life Insurance and Annuity projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automation, functional, and manual testing within the insurance domain.

Must Have:

• Strong Selenium Automation experience
• Experience in Functional & Manual Testing
• Life Insurance domain experience
• Hands-on experience with Annuity and Life Insurance applications
• Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC
• Agile environment experience
• Basic programming knowledge in Java/Python preferred

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Selenium automation scripts
• Execute functional, regression, and manual testing
• Create test plans, test cases, and test reports
• Coordinate with development and business teams to resolve defects
• Lead QA activities and ensure software quality standards are met
