Title: Data Scientist

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite)

 

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions with a focus on Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning models, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Develop and fine-tune AI Bots and Virtual Assistants (Chatbots/Voice Bots) as required.
• Integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications using Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and Azure App Services.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to identify AI use cases and deliver AI-powered capabilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, customers, and partners.
• Ensure adherence to Responsible AI principles, including bias mitigation, explainability, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor AI/ML model performance, accuracy, and reliability, and perform retraining and optimizations when necessary.
• Research and stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and advancements in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Evaluate new AI tools, frameworks, and technologies to help drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to AI/ML knowledge-sharing initiatives, technical mentoring, and best-practice development across teams.
• Support the adoption of AI solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise standards.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, employment terms, workplace guidelines, and business-driven operational requirements.

 

 




