Role: P&C Claims Industry Advisor (Guidewire ClaimCenter)
Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite)
Domain: Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance

 

Overview:
Seeking a senior Claims Industry Advisor with deep expertise in Personal Lines Claims and claims transformation. The role will drive modernization of claims platforms (Guidewire ClaimCenter preferred), improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with U.S. regulatory standards.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in Personal Lines Claims & claims operations
• Claims transformation, automation, and process optimization
• Knowledge of U.S. insurance regulations, audits, and compliance
• Experience translating business processes into technology solutions
• Guidewire ClaimCenter exposure (preferred)
• Experience with FNOL, subrogation, fraud analytics, STP, workflow automation
• Certifications like CPCU, AIC, ARM preferred
• Experience with large-scale, multi-state / multi-LOB programs
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication

Responsibilities:

• Act as SME for claims platforms and digital ecosystem
• Lead discussions on workflows, rules, and integrations
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and IT teams
• Define business requirements, epics, and success metrics
• Oversee UAT, production readiness, and post-go-live support
• Ensure regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
