Required Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in IT, software delivery, DevOps, or release management.
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and release orchestration.
Proficiency with version control and release tools (e.g., Git, GitLab).
Experience with change management frameworks such as ITIL.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent releases in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :
Experience working with integration platforms, preferably MuleSoft.
Knowledge of API-led connectivity (Experience, Process, System APIs).
Experience with JIRA for release tracking, workflows, and automation.
Familiarity with test automation and monitoring tools.
Hands-on scripting experience (e.g., Shell, Python).
Experience with API testing tools such as SOAPUI and Postman.
