Required Skills
10–12 years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in AWS Cloud.
Strong experience in Databricks Platform Administration and Infrastructure.
Expertise in AWS services: EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, KMS, Secrets Manager, Route 53
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Strong Python or Bash scripting skills.
Experience with Kubernetes/EKS is preferred.
Knowledge of networking, security, IAM policies, and encryption.
Experience configuring Databricks clusters, cluster policies, workspaces, jobs, secrets, Unity Catalog, and monitoring.
Strong understanding of Spark cluster performance tuning and cost optimization.
Experience with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, or Splunk.
Good understanding of Linux administration.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS DevOps Engineer Certification.
Databricks Certified Data Engineer or Databricks Platform Certification.
Experience in Financial Services or Banking domain (preferred).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
