Job Title: AEM Tech Lead

Job Descriptions:

• Lead end to end design and development of AEM solutions, including SPA components, templates, taxonomy, and custom workflows

• Own and govern implementations around AEM DAM, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments for scalable content reuse

• Architect and review Sling Servlets, OSGi services/configurations, schedulers, JSON exports, queries, and third party integrations

• Ensure best practices for MSM, Dispatcher, caching, translations, CRX repositories, performance, and SEO

• Drive code quality, testing (JUnit), repository optimization (Oak/Lucene), and URL management standards

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring, conduct code/design reviews, and support CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, Cloud Manager, and SonarQube
