Required Skills:

• 12+ years of experience as a Snowflake Data Architect
• Strong expertise in Snowflake Architecture, Data Platform Design, Data Modeling, and ELT Pipelines
• Hands-on experience with Coalesce for designing, building, and managing ELT pipelines
• Strong experience with HVR Replicate (Fivetran HVR) for SQL-to-Snowflake data migration
• Expertise in Snowflake SQL, complex Stored Procedures, Data Warehousing, and ETL concepts
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake Cortex AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code (Anthropic), OpenAI Codex, or Cursor
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with AWS Platform as a Service (PaaS)
• Expertise in Data Governance, Data Catalog, metadata management, and scalable data architectures
• Experience optimizing Snowflake performance, storage, security, and cost
• Strong understanding of modular data transformations, pipeline orchestration, and automated deployments in Coalesce
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise data platforms and resolving performance, security, and data integrity issues
• Ability to create architecture documentation, data models, operational procedures, and technical design documents

Preferred:

• Financial Services / Banking domain experience
• Experience leading POCs, innovation initiatives, and automation projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
