New Freddie Mac: Business Operations Analyst– McLean VA –interview in person– onsite 5 days per week; I may consider C2C with perfect fitting skills and local, Needs Mercury Plus ICM and FAS forecasting.

As a part of the Mercury Product Management Team, candidates will:

Ensure application and process resiliency by addressing production issues during assigned shifts (non-business hours when assigned)
Address user inquiries in a timely manner
Provide requirement for and/or assist with the development of Mercury Plus’s ICM and FAS forecasting engines
Support the calculation of impacts associated with future model deployments
Support the E2E testing of all engines within Mercury Plus
Troubleshoot application related issues in both production and when needed in lower environments
Communicate performance patterns and trends to stakeholders
Support environment related maintenance and management
Develop automated tools to assist with core responsibilities mentioned above
Assist with the Project Management tasks for the ICM and FAS forecasting engines

Qualifications:

3 plus years of work experience.
Proven experience with analytical tools: SQL, Python, Excel, and similar
Good knowledge of Fixed Income and/or Finance Analytics
Ability to analyze large datasets
Ability to work on weekend and evenings for one week a month is necessary.
Experience in interfacing with and/or supporting mission-critical applications or tasks
Bachelor’s/Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or other quantitative field
Experience with JIRA, particularly creating dashboards and tickets along with their maintenance

3 plus years of experience in pulling and writing Python Scripts, SQL management, and Excel data analysis.
Candidates who have a technical background and hands-on development experience is a strong plus.
Prior production support experience is preferred, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
