Salesforce (Field Service Lightning) Developers :: Remote (PST/CST) :: OPT/H4EAD only

We are looking for Salesforce FSL Developers with the following criteria:

Work Setup: Remote
RATE :$55
Location Preference: West Coast or CST candidates who can work in PST hours
Travel Requirement: Open to travel to the Los Angeles office 1–2 times per month


Experience: 6–8 years in Salesforce development with strong FSL expertise

• FSL Implementation & Configuration
• Configure and customize Salesforce Field Service Lightning, including Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Territories, Work Types, and Scheduling Policies.
• Apex & Lightning Development
• Develop scalable solutions using Apex (triggers, classes, batch jobs) and build UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) or Aura.
• Scheduling & Optimization
• Work on FSL scheduling engine, resource optimization, skills-based assignment, and dispatcher console configurations.
• Integration & APIs
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and platform events.
• Data Model & Security
• Design data models, implement sharing rules, roles, and field-level security while ensuring performance and scalability.
