Location: Tampa (Onsite 4 days/week – Monday to Thursday)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong cloud and infrastructure automation expertise to support enterprise platform engineering and cloud modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with AWS, GCP, Terraform, and Kubernetes in highly scalable production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP

• Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform

• Deploy, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications

• Automate CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

• Monitor system performance, reliability, and security across cloud environments

• Collaborate with development, security, and infrastructure teams to improve deployment efficiency

• Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and container orchestration issues

• Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives

• Implement best practices for scalability, automation, and high availability

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • AWS

  • GCP

  • Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)

  • Kubernetes

• Experience with CI/CD tools and automation

• Strong scripting and troubleshooting skills

• Experience managing cloud infrastructure in production environments

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies

• Experience with monitoring, logging, and cloud security best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker and microservices architecture

• Familiarity with DevOps best practices and Agile environments

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Experience in enterprise-scale cloud deployments
