Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Technology Lead with strong expertise in Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) / Catalyst Center and Software Defined Access (SDA). The ideal candidate will lead the design, deployment, and troubleshooting of enterprise campus networks, leveraging Cisco’s intent-based networking solutions.
This role requires hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst 9000 series switches, advanced routing protocols, and network segmentation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end design and deployment of Cisco Software Defined Access (SDA) solutions
  • Manage and maintain Cisco DNA Center (DNAC / Catalyst Center) including:
    • Provisioning
    • Assurance
    • Automation workflows
  • Implement and troubleshoot SDA fabric architecture, including:
    • Control Plane Nodes
    • Edge Nodes
    • Border Nodes
  • Configure and support network segmentation and micro-segmentation strategies
  • Integrate Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine) with DNAC for policy-based access
  • Deploy and support Cisco Catalyst 9000 series switches (9200, 9300, 9500, 9600)
  • Perform advanced routing configuration and troubleshooting:
    • BGP, OSPF, IS-IS
    • IPv4 / IPv6
  • Troubleshoot complex campus network and SDA-related issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for network automation and optimization
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers

Required Skills (Mandatory)
  • Strong experience with:
    • Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) / Catalyst Center
    • Software Defined Access (SDA) architecture
  • Deep understanding of:
    • LISP (Locator/ID Separation Protocol)
    • SDA components and fabric design
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Cisco Catalyst 9000 series (9200/9300/9500/9600)
  • Expertise in routing protocols:
    • BGP, OSPF, IS-IS
    • IPv4 / IPv6
  • Experience with:
    • DNAC and Cisco ISE integration
  • Strong troubleshooting and deployment experience in enterprise networks

Nice to Have (Preferred Skills)
  • Experience in network automation / DevOps:
    • Python
    • Ansible
    • Robot Framework
  • Exposure to:
    • Network programmability
    • API-based integrations with DNAC

Experience & Education
  • 10 years of relevant networking experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech or equivalent)

Work Model
  • Onsite from Day 1 (No Remote Option)
  • No travel required
