Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sitecore Architect with strong expertise in Sitecore XM/XP/XM Cloud, Headless Architecture, and Next.js. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable, enterprise-grade digital experience platforms using Sitecore JSS, Next.js, and modern front-end technologies. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, UX teams, and development teams to deliver high-performance, omnichannel digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and architect enterprise-level Sitecore solutions using Headless CMS architecture.
• Lead the implementation of Sitecore XP/XM/XM Cloud with Sitecore JSS and Next.js.
• Develop scalable, reusable front-end components using Next.js and React.
• Design API-driven integrations with Sitecore and third-party applications.
• Define architecture standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.
• Optimize website performance, SEO, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals.
• Lead technical design sessions and perform code reviews.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical leadership.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and DevOps practices.
Required Skills
• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Sitecore development/architecture experience.
• Strong expertise in:
o Sitecore XP/XM/XM Cloud
o Sitecore Headless Services
o Sitecore JSS
o Sitecore Experience Editor
o Sitecore Content Editor
• Strong front-end development experience with:
o Next.js
o React.js
o TypeScript
o JavaScript (ES6+)
o HTML5
o CSS3/SASS
• Experience building Headless CMS solutions.
• Strong knowledge of GraphQL and REST APIs.
• Experience with ASP.NET Core and C#.
• Experience with Sitecore Serialization (CLI/Unicorn/TDS).
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
