Onsite Position
As a part of the Ohio Business Gateway (OBG)application development team, the Technical Specialist will work as release engineer for the Gateway. Functions performed include creating and maintaining Git branch and merging to respective branches based on project needs, troubleshooting merge conflicts for resolution, creating new sandbox for project specific needs, seeding salesforce data to different sandbox using various templates based on the project need, migrating data from one sandbox to another using Data Loader; upholding quality gates in maintaining pull requests, ensuring code coverage meet percentage requirements; supporting the team during testing with the knowledge of change impacts on interfaces and components while troubleshooting; performing pre-release and post-release activities including back promotions to ensure proper synchronization.
DAS OIT: Business Analyst 3/ BA3 (775011)

The Business Analyst 3 job duties include supporting production cases, agency partners and OBG internally driven initiatives. This includes managing the business requirement development life cycle; documenting business rules and functional process maps; developing a requirements traceability matrix; creating test cases, test data, and criteria for acceptance; supporting quality assurance acting as a liaison between the customer community and the technical development team; tracking changes and clarifying any issues/risks; supporting Help Desk functions related to production cases.
Salesforce Administrator and is responsible for managing all aspects of Salesforce.com (SFDC) including configuration, customization and implementation of applications and 3rd party integrations.
Role also includes collaborating with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in SFDC that support business requirements and processes for continuous improvement. The Administrator should have proven experience with Lightning Aura Components, APEX programming, Force.com APIs.
Work with business teams to understand their processes and translate their needs into actionable salesforce requirements for configuration/development.
Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders.
All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules.
Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
Identify unused or underutilized platform features.
Familiar with Salesforce.com best practices related to release management and deploying changes through the various sandboxes to production.
Mentors and trains State Development resources
Design, Develop, Test, Document and Deploy high quality business solutions on the Force.com platform.
