IMR Soft Pvt Ltd is currently hiring for the position of Bench Sales Recruiter. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2+ years of proven bench sales experience with IT recruiting in the US IT staffing market.
The candidate should have a good understanding of US staffing business, bench sales, and recruitment process.
The candidate should be self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision.
The job responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience. The position is based in Hyderabad and is a night shift from 7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST (US Eastern Standard Time).
