Job Description

 

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics CRM Developer with strong Azure expertise to support enterprise-level Microsoft implementations for a strategic Infosys/Microsoft engagement. The role involves customization, integration, and cloud-based solution development using Microsoft technologies.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Design, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)

Develop plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and custom entities

Build and manage integrations using Azure services

Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Ensure best practices for performance, security, and scalability

Support deployments, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance

 

Required Skills

 

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365

Expertise in Azure (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Storage, App Services)

Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript

Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)

REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns

SQL Server and Dataverse experience

 

Nice to Have

 

Microsoft certifications (Dynamics / Azure)

Experience working on large enterprise or Microsoft-led projects

Familiarity with DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps)
