Job Description:
The client is in the middle of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central SaaS implementation, including the Evision Construction vertical.
They need an experienced interim Project Manager to step in, provide strong governance, and keep delivery on track across internal teams and external partners.
The local team in Bolingbrook has Business Analyst and Data Migration Specialist - this person will also help lead them.
This role owns day-to-day project leadership for an active ERP implementation. Responsibilities include managing the project plan, RAID log, budget tracking, vendor coordination (Eque2), and executive reporting.
The PM will lead cross-functional meetings, oversee system build and change requests, and prepare the solution for a May system walkthrough.
This is a hands-on role requiring tight control of timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
Skillset / Qualifications:
Proven ERP Project Management experience
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (SaaS) required
Experience managing vendors/implementation partners (Eque2 or similar)
Strong governance skills: project plans, RAID, budget tracking, reporting
Experience coordinating system builds, change requests, and walkthroughs
Ability to lead onsite and remote resources
Experience with construction/ERP verticals and BC add-ons a plus
