Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of end-to-end integration solutions across enterprise systems
Define integration strategies, patterns, and best practices aligned with organizational goals
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
Drive API-led and event-driven architecture initiatives
Oversee development and deployment of integrations, ensuring quality, performance, and security standards
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
Ensure compliance with life sciences regulatory standards (e.g., GxP, HIPAA where applicable)
Integrate data platforms such as Snowflake into enterprise ecosystems
Evaluate and implement integration tools/frameworks including xFly or equivalent
Support governance, documentation, and continuous improvement of integration processes
