Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Maximo Support Consultant/Lead to provide end-to-end support, enhancement, and integration for
IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS). The role involves managing incident resolution, enhancements, integrations with enterprise applications, upgrades, and ensuring stable performance for mission-critical environments.
The consultant will play a hands-on role in Maximo technical/functional support while also coordinating with business stakeholders, vendors, and internal IT teams for smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities

Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for IBM Maximo/MAS environments, ensuring minimal downtime.

Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across Asset, Work, Inventory, Procurement, and HSE modules.

Manage and implement workflows, escalations, automation scripting (Python/Jython), and domain configurations.

Develop, modify, and support BIRT/Crystal reports and dashboards.

Support integrations with external enterprise systems (Oracle ERP, SAP, BIM tools, GIS, SCADA, Primavera, Click Scheduler, etc.).

Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions.

Participate in requirement gathering, change requests, and functional/technical design for system enhancements.

Perform data migration and database scripting (SQL, DB2, Oracle).

Conduct system audits, testing (SIT, UAT), and end-user training.

Ensure compliance with ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Support cloud/on-prem hybrid environments and coordinate with Infrastructure teams.
Required Skills & Experience

12+ years of experience in IBM Maximo (7.x, 7.6, 8.x / MAS), with strong exposure to support and enhancements.

Proven expertise in Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) and middleware tools such as
JBOSS, Oracle Fusion, Web Services (SOAP/REST).

Strong hands-on experience with Automation Scripts (Python, Jython), workflows, application configuration, and database troubleshooting.

Knowledge of reporting frameworks (BIRT, Crystal Reports, Actuate).

Solid understanding of asset-intensive domains such as Transportation, Utilities, Energy, Oil & Gas, and Manufacturing.

Certifications in IBM Maximo (Functional/Deployment Professional), PMP®, ITIL®, TOGAF®, or equivalent are desirable.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience leading client discussions and UAT workshops.
Preferred Qualifications

Expérience in Maximo MAS (Application Suite 8.x) implémentations.

Cloud deployment experience (Azure, AWS, or hybrid).

Ability to guide junior team members and act as team/technical lead.

Prior experience in Greenfield Implementations and Global Support Models.
