Position Description
We are seeking an experienced Genesys Developer/Architect with active Public Trust clearance to design, develop, and support enterprise contact center solutions. The role involves architecting call routing strategies, integrating IVR/CTI applications,
and optimizing customer engagement platforms. Candidates must have strong expertise in
Genesys Cloud/Engage, troubleshooting, and implementing scalable solutions while ensuring compliance with federal security standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect Genesys-based solutions (Cloud or On-Prem) tailored to business requirements.

Develop and configure Genesys modules including:

Genesys Cloud (GCX)

Genesys Engage
-
Genesys Routing Strategies
-
IVR/IVA design (Genesys Architect)

Chat, Email, and other digital channels

Collaborate with stakeholders and federal clients to gather requirements and design secure, scalable solutions.

Perform integration with third-party systems (e.g., CRM, workforce management tools, analytics).

Implement and maintain automation, scripts, and APIs using Genesys SDKs.

Ensure all solutions are compliant with Public Trust standards and federal IT security protocols.

Provide technical guidance and documentation throughout the SDLC.

Troubleshoot and optimize performance and call flows.

Support go-live, hypercare, and post-production enhancements.
