1.  10  years in WebSphere Application Server Management
2.  Containerization & Liberty expertise
3. Docker
4. Orchestration of Liberty workloads in OpenShift Container Platform
5. Support for containerized Liberty implementations using Podman
6. Automation frameworks/tools
7. Full installation, configuration, and administration of Network Deployment and Base editions
8. Design and implementation of high-availability architectures (clustering, load balancing, failover)
9. Enterprise repository management for WebSphere and IHS binaries
10. Performance tuning, troubleshooting, and version migration strategies
11. Deployment and maintenance of WebSphere Liberty on traditional VMs
12. Server configuration customization for diverse application requirements
