Job Title : Data Analyst – Personal Loans Marketing Analytics

Role Overview:
As a Data Analyst supporting the Personal Loans Marketing team, you will focus on data processing and analysis, report generation, and model development to deliver real-time performance insights. You’ll lead the development of data systems, working closely
with business and technical teams to ensure timely, accurate, and actionable data flows across marketing campaigns. Your work will directly support data-driven decision-making, providing critical insights to optimize marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain robust data workflows to support marketing dashboards and reporting.

Document data definitions, sources, and logic for reporting assets to enable reuse and governance.

Optimize SQL queries and backend data processes to enhance performance and scalability.

Manage data integrity, perform QA on outputs, and ensure consistency across marketing reports.

Develop and automate recurring reports to monitor campaign performance, conversions, cost-per-acquisition, and ROI.

Partner with engineering and data science teams to streamline data sources and ensure high data quality.

Create scalable dashboards (e.g., in Tableau ) for business users to monitor trends and drill into KPIs.

Support ad hoc data pulls and exploratory analysis to assist campaign teams with decisions.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in a data analyst, reporting analyst, or BI analyst role.

Hands-on experience working with large datasets and executing complex queries in SQL as well as proficiency in Python.

Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for reporting and dashboard development.

Knowledge of marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Adobe, Marketing Cloud, etc.)

Experience in creating scalable data models and automating data processes.

Solid understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs.
