Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Enterprise Architect with deep experience in .NET, Salesforce, or Quality Engineering (QE) backgrounds to define, govern, and evolve enterprise-wide technology solutions. This role is responsible for aligning business strategy with IT architecture, driving modernization, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and enabling digital transformation across platforms.
The Enterprise Architect will work closely with business leaders, product owners, engineering teams, and external stakeholders to design target-state architectures, manage technical debt, and enforce architectural standards across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture & Strategy
· Define and maintain enterprise architecture roadmaps, reference architectures, and technology standards.
· Translate business strategy and capability needs into scalable, secure, and cost‑effective architecture designs.
· Establish target-state architectures and lead legacy-to-modern platform transformations.
· Ensure architectural alignment across applications, data, integration, cloud, and security layers.
Solution & Platform Governance
· Review and approve solution designs to ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
· Lead architecture reviews, PoCs, and technology evaluations.
· Govern application rationalization, vendor selection, and platform consolidation.
· Drive best practices around cloud adoption, DevOps, CI/CD, and automation.
Stakeholder & Business Alignment
· Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs, Business Heads, Product Leaders, and Program Managers.
· Facilitate architecture decision forums and communicate design trade-offs clearly.
· Support RFP/RFQ responses with architecture vision and solution blueprints.
Transformation & Innovation
· Lead digital transformation initiatives (Cloud, Microservices, API-led integration, AI/Automation).
· Promote reuse, standardization, and platform-first thinking.
· Identify opportunities for cost optimization, performance improvements, and risk reduction.
Technical Expertise (Core)
· Architecture Domains:
o Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Application Architecture
o Cloud Architecture (AWS / Azure / GCP)
o Integration Architecture (APIs, Event-driven, Middleware)
· Architecture Patterns:
o Microservices, SOA, API Management, Domain-Driven Design
o Event-driven systems, CQRS, scalable distributed systems
· Governance & Frameworks:
o TOGAF / Zachman (preferred)
o Agile, SAFe, DevSecOps
· Non-Functional Architecture:
o Security, Scalability, Performance, Reliability, Availability
o Compliance, Audit, Data Privacy
Specialization Tracks (At least ONE required)
Option 1: .NET Enterprise Architecture Background
· Deep expertise in .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET ecosystems.
· Experience designing enterprise platforms using C#, Web APIs, Microservices.
· Strong knowledge of Azure services, containers, Kubernetes, Service Bus.
· Experience modernizing monolith applications to cloud‑native architectures.
· Solid understanding of ORM, caching, messaging, and enterprise integration.
Option 2: Salesforce Enterprise Architecture Background
· Strong experience in Salesforce architecture (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
· Expertise in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, middleware).
· Hands-on experience with Lightning, Apex, LWC, and Salesforce security model.
· Designing scalable multi‑org, multi‑cloud Salesforce ecosystems.
· Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and release governance.
Option 3: Quality Engineering (QE) / Test Architecture Background
· Strong background in Enterprise Test Architecture and QE transformation.
· Experience defining test automation strategies across UI, API, performance, and security.
· Expertise in CI/CD-integrated QE, shift‑left and shift‑right testing practices.
· Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, API & performance tools.
· Architecting test data management, service virtualization, and environment strategy.
· Driving quality governance and test frameworks at enterprise scale.
Cloud & DevOps (Mandatory)
· Experience with cloud‑native architecture and deployments.
· Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/ARM).
· Exposure to containerization, orchestration, and observability tools.
· Understanding of DevSecOps and compliance automation.
Leadership & Soft Skills

Education
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
