Role-Oracle EPM

Location: Remote

Job Description / Responsibilities

Lead and execute end-to-end EDMCS implementations, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment.
Spearhead the migration of existing Oracle Data Relationship Management (DRM) solutions to EDMCS, ensuring data integrity, process continuity, and optimization of new EDMCS features.
Serve as the technical expert for EDMCS, providing guidance on best practices, architecture, data governance frameworks, and integration strategies.
Design and implement robust data governance processes within EDMCS, managing hierarchies, mappings, and viewpoints for various enterprise applications.
Lead technical and functional workshops with customers, presenting solutions, gathering requirements, and driving design decisions.
Develop and maintain integration points between EDMCS and other Oracle EPM modules (e.g., Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close) and non-EPM systems.
Work effectively in an offshore/onsite model, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery across geographical locations.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Oracle EPM technologies, with a significant focus on data management and governance.
Minimum of two full lifecycle EDMCS implementation experiences (from design to go-live) as a lead or key technical resource.
Demonstrated and hands-on experience in migrating from Oracle DRM to EDMCS, including technical challenges, feature mapping, and change management.
