Role Overview:
We are seeking a Product Owner / Business Analyst with strong expertise
in Agile product development, stakeholder management, and requirements
analysis. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business
stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that product goals are met
with clear priorities, effective communication, and measurable results.

Requirements:
· Proven experience in Product Ownership or Business Analysis
within Agile/Scrum environments.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate
effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities — capable of
interpreting complex data and identifying actionable insights.
· Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills across
cross-functional teams.
· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog refinement,
sprint planning, and acceptance testing.
· Ability to manage competing priorities and drive initiatives to
completion in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
· Product Backlog Management: Create, manage, and prioritize the
product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined with clear
acceptance criteria.
· Requirements Analysis: Gather, document, and translate business
requirements into actionable user stories and specifications for the
development team.
· Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between
stakeholders and development teams, clearly communicating product
vision, goals, and progress.
· Product Vision & Strategy: Define and articulate the product
vision and roadmap, aligning development efforts with overall business
objectives and market opportunities.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with
developers, product managers, QA, and other departments to ensure
timely, accurate delivery of product features.
· Product Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance
indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to identify areas for improvement
and influence future product direction.
· Delivery & Acceptance: Review deliverables, validate against
acceptance criteria, and manage go-live processes to ensure successful
deployments.
· Industry Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the target
industry, product domain, and user needs to inform product decisions.
