Responsible for designing, executing and leading non functional and performance tests to ensure scalability, reliability and efficiency of a TCP based middleware solution for a high throughput transaction processing switch

• Profound understanding of payment software non functional testing methodologies
• Develop comprehensive performance and failover test plans, strategy and test cases based on requirements
• Identify performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations for improvement
• Analyze test results and generate detailed performance reports.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases/data based on requirements
• Ensure thorough coverage of non functional requirements
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving software quality
• Work closely with PO, developers etc and other key stakeholders to ensure high quality deliverables
• Create and maintain comprehensive testing documentation
• Minimum 10 years of experience in performance/failover with a focus on payment software
• Technical skills: Paragon simulator or equivalent, JMeter or equivalent, Gremlin or equivalent, Linux, HP NSK a plu
