Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and Reltio Cloud to support enterprise data initiatives. This role involves collaborating with business and technical teams to define, document, and deliver scalable MDM solutions that enhance data quality, governance, and integration across the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Reltio MDM implementations and enhancements.
• Translate business processes into functional specifications and technical stories.
• Conduct data profiling, mapping, and analysis across domains (Customer, Product, Provider, etc.).
• Work with architects to define data models, match/merge rules, survivorship logic, and golden record design.
• Collaborate with developers and data engineers to integrate Reltio with source and downstream systems.
• Define and support data governance, data quality, and stewardship processes.
• Perform UAT, data validation, and issue resolution during MDM solution deployment.
• Create and maintain business process documentation, BRDs, FRDs, and data flow diagrams.
Required Skills:
• 8+ years as a Business Systems Analyst in data-driven environments.
• 4+ years of experience with Reltio MDM (Cloud/On-Prem) – configuration, modeling, and workflow understanding.
• Deep understanding of MDM concepts, data governance, and quality management frameworks.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, data analysis, and profiling.
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT, API integrations, and data lineage documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments using JIRA or Azure DevOps.
