Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer (CPQ & Subscription Management)

 

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer with hands-on experience in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Subscription Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, customizing, and implementing CRM solutions that enhance sales operations, automate pricing workflows, and streamline subscription lifecycles.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Configure and integrate CPQ solutions to optimize quoting, pricing, and approval workflows.
• Manage Subscription Management processes including billing, renewals, and customer lifecycle automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and IT to align CRM functionalities with business goals.
• Customize CRM entities, plugins, workflows, and Power Automate flows.
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with third-party systems such as ERP, Payment Gateways, and Customer Portals.
• Conduct unit testing, performance tuning, and provide ongoing production support.
• Maintain documentation of technical designs, configurations, and integration points.

 

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Service, or Marketing modules).
• Proven expertise in CPQ implementation (e.g., Dynamics CPQ or similar tools).
• Solid understanding of Subscription Management processes, including recurring billing and contract renewals.
• Proficiency in Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Experience with JavaScript, C#, .NET, and FetchXML for Dynamics customizations.
• Knowledge of integration technologies such as Azure Logic Apps, REST APIs, and Dataverse.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
