Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint & Microsoft 365 Engineer to support and maintain enterprise collaboration platforms. This role focuses on SharePoint administration, security, automation, and troubleshooting across Microsoft 365 environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server environments
• Manage Microsoft 365 users, groups, permissions, and security
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize SharePoint infrastructure
• Troubleshoot platform, server, and access-related issues
• Develop and maintain automation using PowerShell scripting
• Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies
• Support enterprise initiatives and provide documentation and training

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in IT engineering or systems administration
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 / Office 365 environments
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
• Experience with system monitoring, performance tuning, and security best practices
• Solid background in infrastructure, server, and platform support

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, Microsoft 365)

Experience working in large enterprise environments
