Description:
· Serve as the Day-to-Day Bridge Between Marketing and Product
· Manage and coordinate all active tools‑related work impacting Marketing — including enhancements, fixes, and requests — by defining requirements, aligning owners, tracking status, and ensuring work moves from intake through delivery and adoption.
· Act as the operational connector between Marketing and Product by translating Product work into clear updates and actions, flagging risks or dependencies early, and ensuring Marketing feedback and inputs are captured and routed correctly.
· Support Airtable Rollout, Adoption, and Ongoing Support (Primary Focus)
· Support the rollout, day-to-day management, and support of Airtable across Marketing, ensuring bases, interfaces, and workflows are usable, standardized, and supported.
· Drive adoption through enablement, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement—partnering with training leads, running office hours, and fixing recurring issues before they scale.

· Marketing Tools & Airtable Expertise
· Hands-on experience managing Airtable (or similar workflow tools), with the ability to maintain clean systems, support users, and drive consistent adoption across teams.
· Cross‑Functional Execution & Coordination
· Strong ability to work across Marketing, Product, and Tech to keep tools-related work moving—aligning requirements, owners, timelines, and follow‑through.
· Operational Communication & Problem Solving
· Clear communicator who can translate complex or technical work into simple updates, identify risks early, and resolve issues before they block Marketing teams.
Day To Day
· Own day-to-day management of Airtable for Marketing, including supporting users, maintaining workflows, and ensuring systems remain usable, standardized, and reliable.
· Serve as first-line support for Marketing teams by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and reinforcing best practices.
· Coordinate all active tools-related work impacting Marketing, including enhancements, fixes, and incoming requests across the marketing tech stack.
· Work closely with Product, Tech, and partners to define requirements, track progress, and ensure work moves from intake through delivery and adoption.
· Translate Product and tools-related updates into clear, actionable summaries for Marketing teams.
· Proactively identify risks, gaps, or dependencies and flag them early to prevent stalled or blocked work.
· Capture Marketing feedback and operational needs and route them to the appropriate Product or Tech partners.
