Role Descriptions:
At least 7 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Team Coach on technical delivery teams
o At least 5 years of experience delivering technical solutions
o At least 1 years of experience the Medical Device industry (familiarity with regulated environments)Strong project management skills| including planning| execution tracking| dependency management| and risk mitigation
Strong experience supporting data migration| system modernization| or platform transformation initiatives
Demonstrated understanding of Agile and SAFe principles and practices
o SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)| Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP)| Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) or equivalent Agile certification
o At least 1 year of experience leading teams through a Product Increment (PI) cycle
Experience leading globally distributed| remote teams with significant cross-squad dependencies
Hands-on experience using JIRA and Confluence for Agile execution and reporting
Strong facilitation| communication| and conflict-resolution skills
Strong understanding and experience in software development lifecycle process (SDLC)Good understanding and practical application of generative and agentic AI
