Job Title: Lead ServiceNow Developer & Architect
Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)

 

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead ServiceNow Developer & Architect to design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, strong development skills, and the ability to lead end-to-end implementations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of ServiceNow products and platform capabilities
• Design, develop, and implement new ServiceNow applications and enhancements
• Build and optimize workflows, scripts, and automation solutions to improve business processes
• Develop and manage web portals using JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Angular
• Monitor platform performance, health, usage, and compliance standards
• Collaborate directly with end users to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and production support

 

Technical Requirements

• 12–15 years of overall IT experience
• Minimum 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, or SecOps
• Proficiency in JavaScript and modern web development technologies
• Experience developing dashboards, tools, and automated workflows
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow components such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and related objects
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and platform maintenance

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience leading teams or mentoring junior developers is a plus
