Job Description -

Roles & Responsibilities
 

1. Lead design and development of Agnetic AI applications using LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Llama, etc.).
    
2. Build RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines using embeddings, vector stores, and retrieval frameworks.
    
3. Develop conversational AI systems, intelligent assistants, and automation agents.
    
4. Create scalable AI microservices/APIs using Python, FastAPI, or Flask.
    
5. Develop and optimize prompt templates, prompt chains, and reasoning flows.
    
6. Integrate GenAI capabilities with enterprise APIs, databases, and cloud services.
    
7. Work with vector databases such as PGVector,  Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, or Weaviate.
    
8. Perform model fine-tuning, evaluation, and selection for specific business use cases.
    
9. Collaborate with Data Engineering and MLOps teams for production deployments.
    
10. Implement Responsible AI, data privacy, and ethical model usage guidelines.
     
11. Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to junior developers.
     
12. Translate business requirements into scalable and robust GenAI solutions.
     
13. Prepare architecture diagrams, documentation, and technical specifications.
      

Must-Have Skills:
 

1. Strong hands-on experience with Python and AI/ML development.
    
2. Experience working with Generative AI models such as GPT, Gemini, Claude, or Llama.
    
3. Hands on experience with Agent development using at least two frameworks i.e. Crew Ai, Lang Graph, Autogenic Etc. 
    
4. Good experience with Agent’s orchestration, Human in Loop concepts, Observability, Guardrails etc.
    
5. Working knowledge with LCNC platforms like N8n, Lang flow for workflow development.
    
6. Good understanding of SLM model finetuning and production deployment.
    
7. Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and vector search.
    
8. Experience using AI frameworks like Lang Chain, Llama Index, or Hugging Face Transformers.
    
9. Hands-on experience with vector databases like PGvector, Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, or Weaviate.
    
10. Experience building REST APIs or microservices using FastAPI or Flask.
     
11. Working knowledge of Azure AI Studio, OpenAI Services, AWS Bedrock, or GCP Vertex AI.
     
12. Experience with OCR, PDF parsing, and document processing workflows.
     
13. Familiarity with evaluation metrics such as ROUGE, BLEU, or hallucination checks.
     
14. Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Docker.
     
15. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
     

Good-to-Have Skills:
 

1. Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Azure ML pipelines.
    
2. Knowledge of serverless architectures like Azure Functions or AWS Lambda.
    
3. Experience integrating GenAI with enterprise tools (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SharePoint).
    
4. Understanding of LLM security, guardrails frameworks, and content moderation APIs.
    
5. ML models understanding of Clustering and classification models
    
6. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
    
7. Prior experience mentoring developers or leading technical teams.
