Job Summary

We are looking for a Content Management Developer to build and support content-driven websites and applications using Java and Apache Sling. This role focuses on developing backend logic and CMS components to efficiently manage and deliver content across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop CMS features using Java and Apache Sling
• Build and maintain content components, templates, and services
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for web and mobile content delivery
• Work with content repositories and structured data models
• Integrate CMS with Digital Asset Management (DAM) and external systems
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance of content applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, UX, backend)

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Java development
• Hands-on experience with Apache Sling
• Solid understanding of content-driven / CMS-based applications
• Experience with REST APIs and JSON
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems
• Basic understanding of web technologies

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with Headless CMS or DAM platforms

---

Desirable Skills

• Exposure to enterprise content management systems
• Knowledge of HP VAX / OpenVMS environment
• Experience with ACMS (Application Control Management System)
