About Us:
Wipro is seeking an experienced Healthcare Consulting/Business Analyst with expertise in Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting a major re-platforming initiative for a leading healthcare client.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst with hands-on experience in the end-to-end HSA process, including eligibility, enrollment, interest, and taxation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare and banking regulations, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct due diligence and analysis to support the re-platforming initiative, focusing on HSA processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather requirements, identify gaps, and develop solutions.
- Develop and maintain business process documentation, including process maps, use cases, and requirements documents.
- Analyze and interpret data related to HSA enrollment, interest, and taxation to inform business decisions.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies related to HSA processes and workflows.
- Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and other materials to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare, with a focus on HSA processes and workflows.
- Strong understanding of healthcare and banking regulations, including IRS guidelines for HSAs.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with business process documentation, including process mapping and use cases.
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with experience working with datasets related to HSA enrollment, interest, and taxation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with healthcare technology platforms, including HSA administration systems.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
- Certification in business analysis, such as CBAP or CCBA.
