Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Front-End Developer with strong expertise in HTML, HTMX, and modern front-end technologies to join our team for a client engagement based in the North East region (New York/New Jersey).

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, hands-on development experience, and the ability & Experience to lead a small team while directly interacting with clients. This role requires someone who can represent the team confidently and deliver high-quality front-end solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain responsive web applications using HTML, HTMX, and front-end technologies

Collaborate closely with clients to understand business and technical requirements

Lead and mentor a small front-end development team

Ensure high-quality UI/UX implementation and performance optimization

Participate in project planning, code reviews, and technical discussions

Work closely with backend and cross-functional teams for seamless integration

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in HTML and HTMX

Good experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, React, Angular, or similar frameworks

Strong understanding of responsive design and UI development

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience in client-facing roles

Ability to lead and coordinate a small development team

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with onsite/onshore clients

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
