SDET should develop automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and tools for streaming apps and software.

Ensure high-quality software through automation, API testing, and performance testing, often using Kafka, SQL, and cloud platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Automation Development: Build and maintain automated test frameworks for desktop, web, and mobile platforms.
• Pipeline Integration: Implement CI/CD pipelines and tools to enhance software quality.
• Technical Testing: Work with Kafka, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS) to test data-driven backend components.
• Debugging & Analysis: Identify root causes of test failures, memory leaks, and performance issues.
• Collaboration: Participate in agile team meetings to discuss product design, testability, and project estimates

 

Required Skills

• Programming: Proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript (Node.js).
• Streaming & Backend: Experience with Kafka, Confluent libraries, and SQL for backend testing.
• Tools: Experience with Git and JIRA.
• Cloud/Data: Experience with AWS MSK, schema validation (AVRO), and database integration
