IT / Cyber Incident Manager, Iselin, NJ
Role:
Handle and coordinate IT/Cyber incidents to ensure quick resolution and minimal impact.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incident lifecycle (identify → resolve → close)
- Coordinate with SOC, IT, and business teams
- Communicate updates to stakeholders
- Conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and improve processes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Incident Management, IT, or Cybersecurity
- Experience with ServiceNow and Splunk
- Knowledge of NIST or ITIL frameworks
