Position: Senior Systems Analyst (Reporting & Data Analytics)
Location: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months + Possible Extension (Up to 24 Months)
Interview: Client Interview Required

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data extraction, analysis, reporting, and dashboard development
• Strong SQL expertise including complex queries and stored procedures
• Tableau and/or Power BI development experience
• Data warehousing, ETL, and data modeling experience
• Experience translating business requirements into reports and dashboards
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• PostgreSQL
• Advanced Tableau Dashboard Development
• Healthcare, Insurance, or Human Services domain experience
• EDI transactions (834, 820, 999)
• Python or Java
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Report automation and data visualization

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex operational and analytical reports
• Build dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau/Power BI
• Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and data extracts
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis
• Support ETL, reporting databases, and data warehouse initiatives
• Work closely with business, development, and testing teams
